In this video, I will share 3 moves for you to be able to win a street fight in 5 seconds. I don't recommend street fights but there might be a scenario which you will need to learn self defense and defend yourself. Punches and offensive moves here are designed to end the fight with just 1 strike.

Tony's an amazing boxer but his self defence advice is left wanting, if you've never trained the idea that you're going to throw a decent punch under pressure (street fights are far more pressure than the ring) and end a fight is, at best, unlikely.

Train, and spar, once you know how to fight, this is good advice.

Great advice! My record in the streets was 23W/12L/4 no clear winner.
Since watching this I have quickly amassed 38W/0L/OD. I have not had a chance to do the head butt however as I’m just going up to random people most of the time saying “mate I don’t want to fight” then Wham!
