The wrong mayonnaise can really ruin a dish or product. That's why we spent so much time perfecting ours.
We use the best of ingredients and Rapeseed oil is key . Although it has a lot of health benefit we use rapeseed oil because of its neutral flavour which is an ideal base for creating the best mayonnaises
Each product in our range has a shelf life of 5 months from date of manufacture and 3 weeks once opened, ensuring minimum waste and maximum taste.
And this is where it all began, our real mayonnaise
Thick, creamy and a neutral flavour it enhances everything it touches so good you can even make a Caribbean fruit salad with it
Although Real is our favourite we have developed other recipes to suit our clients tastes and pockets
Our Great Taste Award winning Gourmet Mayo is a similar neutral flavour to the real but made with less oil so it is more pliable and easier on the waistline
If you are looking for a more European mayonnaise then our salad mayo is the one for you.
Finally for the health conscious we have our Light Mayo, we would always recommend portion control and just eating half of our real but if you really want a light mayo this is the one for you
