To increase voltage from 1.154v to 1.314v I set AC DC LL to 0.40mOhm. This value is an "auto" voltage setting. The CPU itself will now request a VID of ~1.154v at 4.7GHz and ~1.314v at 5.0GHz.

I display the Asus Prediction value for my 10700K at LLC 4. I've tested this to be stable with a P95 small FFT (noAVX/AVX2) for 1 hour. Everything is stable and the 5.0GHz runs at ~1.25v measured at the back of the CPU at the MLCC behind the mobo.

I can run at stock speeds of 4.7GHz at 1.154v or maybe even a bit lower. Using 0.30mOhm for ACDC LL. To save power.

i have 11900k, and the 5th core that would be labled core 4 in bios is always going to 90c, so i enabled hyperthreading and put that core to 48, and the temperatures decreased, i noticed if i have load line calibration at level 3 the temps would raise on the cpu so I went to level 2 and it helped some what at a loss of 15 fps 20fps, my score was 745, and it dropped to 730 on kombuster

First of all guys which is the most important!!! Update your BIOS before do anything like OC!!! I wanna post my experience during the process because you have to stick exactly to the sequence of the changes as well as to the restarts - if you not doing this exactly as you described during your video, errors will occur and mess your overclock. What i did wrong during my first overclock - I didn’t restart my pc after every change and for example I set up the load line calibration to 0.4 and turbo mode at the same time which led to the error that my core voltage ran at 1, 2xx voltage instead of 1.1xx which was also the reason why my pc overheated extremely after manually overclocking the core voltages to 50x (xmp II profile was already enabled). After turning on turbo Modus, restart and calibrating 0.4, restart again and setting the core voltages as you described - my pc is like a miracle! It runs Call of duty on almost 240 FPS on 2k with my RTX3080 and it never exceeds 60 degrees (GPU & CPU) while my cooling runs only at 30%! My first overclock had the results 80 degrees and 100% cooling - a total mess due to the 1.2xx voltage xD… I think when your core voltage is 1.2xx rather than 1.1xx after enabling turbo Modus and calibrating load line to 0.4, as in the video shown, your system is over heating after setting your core voltages to 50x. As a result I had something like 1.4xx voltage after setting the cores to 50x. 0.1 voltage more than your result. Before overclocking I had something like 140 fps since my weak cpu running at 3800mhz throttled the power of my GPU. Now im running on 5000mhz in combination to a slide overclock with my GPU and fuck yeah! Now I got 240fps which is 100 fps more before I had with Call of Duty. I almost got 50% more performance alone with your overclock steps. Thermals are insane as well. And the silicon quality of my cpu is Standard nothing special! So it is really worth to invest couple of hours to understand the Theory and try to implement this theory with the support of this video into your system.

I think i get it. On z590 and 10850k is different but apply. One think i notice is that i can not make adjustment on individual cores. But i got the 5. Use a littlr more volts but is stable. But stay below 210w

Whats gud Andrew, hey I started to do the same setup on my rig, but after setting up XMP 1 and power to performance my rig started not to post.
Would you be willing to give me a hand my dude?

Is this the same as just setting a all core 5.0 overclock with set voltage?

After following the tutorial, my core voltage is at 1.332v and temp is at 45. Is that fine ?

I have an Asus TUF gaming B560-plus motherboard with an i7-10700k and i have no clue why but since i bought my setup my core speed sits at 4690, 1 Mhz all time while playing games it goes to 4789, 9 mhz and some cores peak at 4989, 5 Mhz. Its completely new out of the box stuff i havent tweaked anything in BIOS. I have no problem with this but is this normal ?

I will try that on my gigabyte Aorus Master Board Z490 on the basis of your value adjustments. Do you think it’s the same approach like your Asus Board or should I consider some different aspects?

Hello. I got 1.314v at 4.9GHz with your settings, but after setting core ratio to 50 voltage reaches 1.394v. Do you know how to solve this issue?
