Do any of your programs focus on injuries?
For example I have both left wrist and left ankle that have been giving me some problems.
I have to do pushups on an an object, no palm. Left ankle just seems to have less mobility, and thigh or pinch on top.
Lead me so I can get your program. Or not then I look for something else.
