Should you be FRIENDS with your coworkers? #career #friends

It’s a tough question because it depends on a lot of diff shit but… I say YES for most situations.

Because once you have real friends from work, work can actually be more than work. It can be fun, social, competitive, unique, and more.

So while there may be some downsides to it, I say net positive for friends at work. What do you think?

i agree so much, the team i was working with was soooo cool at my previous job. Our manager was really great too and it made going to work and spend time with theses people an incredible time of my life

Yes, MAKING friends at work, but NOT BRINGING your friends going into that work.

Yup I agree also! Especially if you're on a team my last job was tough but I liked my team so that helped me stick it out.

I agree, BUT there is an increased risk of drama in the work place if you're friends.

My mother has this friend named Cassandra
They've known each other a few years and are friends outside of work
We're actually going dune shredding next February
