As a coach running through a team training my attention is often limited to the players doing the drills. Sometimes those on the side or in line get lost and lack the focus to get the little 1% things squared away to be successful in the game. This session opened the door for to having work for players to do so they can “take responsibility” for their development. Love this. Thanks! Joner to 1 million subs.
