I, personally, prefer the Orodomop method, where you study 5 minutes and then have a 25 minute break, but this is also interesting.

Before you start studying!
- Make sure you have a glass/bottle of water nearby
- Put your phone/any distracting devices in another room (unless you are using them for work)
- Have a small snack (piece of fruit/veg)
- Grab any exercise books/textbooks/notes you need for studying

Remember, these things take practice, so don't worry if you find it hard to concentrate! If you use this method a lot, you will eventually get into the flow of it. This is a very efficient way of studying as it allows you to recharge and recalibrate between studies. I wish you luck with your work! xx

For an ADHD brain like mine the pomodoro technique has been absolutely game changing. I get super anxious if I know I should work for hours straight and most of the time I end up not doing it. However something with knowledge that the next short break is in just 25 minutes and I am allowed to have it, makes it much easier to work for hours without procrastinating during the work rounds.

this feels perfect for my brain. I was struggling to find a way to stay focused and then I get this recommended. the 25 minutes feels short yet long enough to keep me focused and the 5 minutes is great for me to walk around and stretch my weakened knees lol, thank you so much!

no because u know what my problem is? i'll take a 5 minute break then forget i'm on a break and accidentally end up coming back 40 minutes later

The bell scared me so much - just a warning to not make the video too loud when engrossed in studying
