It would be helpful to do a 21-day challenge to make your study more productive. Also, doing this challenge with everyone here and sharing your progress will provide motivation. Day1: i'm finishing up 4 assignments and 2 presentations it's 9:30pm i will update when i finish (ended up finishing 1 assignment and 1 presentation + a lot of progress with the other presentation)
Day2: tasks: 3 assignments and 1 presentation ( finished everything I wanted to finish <333 total of 7 hours of focus )
day3: maths homeword done
Day 4: 4 hours of focus ✅

This is genuinely the best pomodoro timer I have ever used. I like to play my own music while studying/ doing homework and a lot of other timers have unnecessary noise so I'm very happy that I found this silent one. Thank you!!

I have been using this for about 5/10 days so far, and somehow, something in my brain just clicks to "focus" when I play this video. I have ADHD for sure, and I have a bad habit with procrastinating, but since discovering this study method, through a Korean Language learning video, since I'm also learning Korean, I had managed to complete 5 weeks worth of assignments in 3 days with this, and 2/5 weeks for another class within 2 days. I have two classes for this spring semester. I actually love this field of study but I just have a hard time with "getting active". I really like this pomodoro method and I would attempt the 21 day challenge, but I'm afraid that I'll forget to commit to it. I will attempt to use this everyday until the semester ends though. ❤

Starting my 21-day challenge today, March 18th, 2024. I'm doing this timer 2 times, one for my personal goals and one for work/studies.

Goal 1: Personal goals
Any personal project that requires time and focus. Like reading, painting, going to the gym, writing, going for a walk, meditating, tidying up my space, replying to old messages and emails, anything that will make my future self happier, calm and healthy.

Goal 2: Work/study
Doesn't matter which subject or what project I'll be working on.

Day 1 : my brain is so tired even i dont done all my tasks for monday (its sat), then i still have tmrw✅
Day 2 : i guess i studied little more than 4 hrs bcz i closed the vd at the end✅
Update i stopped this challenge bcz i felt that its not healthy because sometimes i was using my phone.. so the better way is to make studying routine and a habit
