Obviously we do not eat caviar eggs as much as we would like to, so when we got it as a gift, I had to consult the net for an amazing recipe. This one really stood out and I was surprised at how well the caviar work with the eggs! Yummo!

In Sweden we would make this but put a sprig of dill on there instead of parsley, or put a shrimp on top :)

Interesting and do delicious as I love caviar. I used to dislike black caviar but as I got older I fell love with eating them so now I get them as a treat because they are pricey especially the good kind or my mom gets it for me as a gift to enjoy. I have them each year at the russian new year we celebrate at my parents place. My mom does it with taking out the yellow egg stuff out and then puts the read caviar in. I take it each cook does it their own style and twist on the have a dog also what kind is yours?
