Potato ricer (or anything else you wanna mush). I have a smaller version from Ikea. I love it, easiest mashed potatoes for the holidays. I also use it to help make gnocchi

That might be the biggest potato ricer I've ever seen. I didn't realize bok choy was part of the cabbage family. It's been a while since I've cooked it but I used to chop it up and put it in soups. I'd like to try your braised bok choy recipe.

Bok choy soup. Chicken broth, a few favorite veggies like carrots, celery, onions, dash of soy sauce and spiceslike thyme and rosemary. Can use leftover roasted bok choy or fresh chopped. Excellent soup if under the weather.
