240g sugar (1 full cup)
300g butter or margarine at room temperature
1 tablespoon vanilla sugar or 2 sachets
500g cake flour (You can replace the cake flour with
450g whitened flour and 50g cornstarch)
You can add lemon aroma or lemon zest
Jam or jelly or topping
Icing chocolate
