Alternatives to All-on-4

Because the popularity of the All-on-4 treatment (a non-removable denture fixed to 4 or more implants replacing all the teeth in one jaw), patients rarely hear of alternatives. There are two implant alternatives to the All-on-4 concept: Fixed Bridges on Implants and Removable Implant Dentures.

If we include the All-on-4 option, there are four total options for patients to replace all the teeth in one jaw. Many dental implant practices propose the extraction of all the teeth to make room for implants, even if there are several perfectly good teeth remaining in an arch. At the Dental Implant Center, we believe that ALL patients should receive ALL viable options. We also believe that good teeth are often still worth keeping. For those patients with no teeth or no good teeth, the four options described below can be considered.

Recently I was offered a all on four clip in for upper jaw and after looking at your crown and bridges method, it makes the most sense all round and was pretty upset that the dentist never offered it to me .

Can you tell me the feasibility or practicality of a 3 crown 2 implant bridge over 31 & 29 as well as 18 & 20 with a partial denture spanning the rest against an existing upper denture to increase bite force as well as general comfort with the mandible? Much appreciated

Hello Doctor I'm having fixed bridges with 4 implants or 6 implants. If I don't like the temporary fixed bridges can I have snap on dentures with the same implants ?

I had all on 4 on the top and bottom jaws .  I'm due to go back to Turkey in 2 months time to have 

the temporaries removed and have a  porcelain  fused to metal prosthetics fitted,

Can I ask please what do I expect, will I need injections is it a big thing and painful ?

How about the smaller guys like you that do what you say . I know that you are speaking the truth, but some smaller ones do it also.
