This video just essentially says keep everything closed unless you're specifically using it because Apple makes faulty crappy products that is getting worse overtime. Older phones/ios used to be able handle basic workload but newer ios/phones can't handle multiple apps and we, the user, have to make sure to handle it daintly and constantly close everything
