Thank you for your amazing excel video..! btw, I can't change any function in your file downloaded.. if I want to add more option 'Conditional Formatting' > #Highlight Cell Rules' > 'Text that contains' filled in colours to apply for each date, how can I apply it? I want to make separate time slot with different colour in the same date. Is it possible..? Please let me know.. Thank you

Hello Randy, thank you very much for this wonderful spreadsheet!! I've been trying hard to figure out a way that will allow me to schedule more than 1 appointment in a particular time slot. Do you think that it's possible? Or should I create another spreadsheet entirely from scratch?

I loved the video i have seen it many times and learned a lot every time I see it!! I have a questions, is it possible to assign specific color to every appointment in the calendar? i have tried many things like conditional formatting but since are multiple rules in one cell they get overlap. Is there a way you can do it using macros? or is there a way to do it in general?

Hello Randy,
Thank you very much for the sheet shared. I suppose to add content in N, O column also.Means I have to use 3 column for data entry.
So, can you please tell me, What are the changes to be done in "Target" definition. How can i add these additional column data in Target.vlaue?

Thank you for the answer. I finally figured out how to import the file but mainly to to put everything in the year corresponding to the dates of the appointments. either 2023 or 2024. Now the only thing remaining is a bit of code to build for each year the summary starting at line 40 that will be read and showed in the scheduler. I am getting there slowly...If there is a oneliner to do that it would be appreciated...

Perfect Job!!!
I need some help if it is possible and you have time for that.
I want to add a column at the right side of the "m" column with data stored in the "2018" (or else sheet created). So when I call the "Sub AddSummary()" the data from the two columns (M & N) must be stored in the database.
This will help when I call the "Sub LoadDay()" restore these two columns.
I managed to make the "Sub AddSummary()" to work and store the data to "row40" but when I call the "Sub LoadDay()" I lose the data in "N column" because of the in the "Sub LoadDay()" . I can send you the file I created to see if you want to see the code I added.

P.S. The data in these two columns are with comboboxes like the year or days etc. but with differend data.

Fantastic. I would like to set up a calendar as a booking form for hiring of school facilities such as hall, pool, conference room and specialist room. I tried using the Excel file that you have shared, however, it seems to be incompatible with mobile phone. Do you have any advice on how I can make it work smoothly on my phone?
