Vel'koz's battle cast skin reminds me of those tentacle machines in "The Matrix" that initiates the search and destroy protocol and attempt's to destroy the crew's ship and the crew of course.

People think if the champion nowadays doesn't have 3 dashes its a shit champ, wrong.

I love how there are some that are declaring Vel'Koz broken but he's a utility and power champ. Proper, successful, use of him will depend on personal play and teamwork and strategy. If he is allowed to get focused by any of the enemy's heavy hitters he'll get torn apart like paper. The only tweaks I can see them making are adjustments to his damage tables.
