i disabled hyper-v and still showing the same error that hyper-v is enabled, tried reinstalling but no change.

okay so my virtualization was disables and when I restarted my computer and tried to go to my BIOS it looked like a 2001 pixelated thing and I did not see virtualization at all so if I could get some help or a explanation that would be nice

Bluestacks 4, 64 bit works fine but Bluestacks 5 does not, visulisation is enabled but it says it is not, i've uninstalled and reinstalled but still the same.Any idea what problem may be?

bro i get this problem for LD player
1st LD player works
but then i turn on hyper v then the problem starts
it shows turn on virtualization, but its allready on
then i turn of hyper v in widows but problem did nt fix

"Simply disable Hyper-V"... I use Hyper-V daily, I do not want to disable it!
Luckily the latest version actually Detects and Supports Hyper-V.
