'Money Glitch' Explained

It's not a glitch. It was the bank trying to do something nice for people but now as usual people have ruined it.

I like how on one hand when people report frauds and scams to the bank and the bank does nothing, but on the other hand a lawyer basically says "you're going to get caught" and this is probably the same dude who doesn't care about the good folks.

They're getting away with nothing. To have a bank account, the person has to have shown a photo I.D. and a Social Security/Tax I.D. number.

My bank has always had a $200 cash out limit on any checks until they clear.

Imagine trying to scam one of if not the most powerful bank in the world.

And yet when the bank misreads your check and overcharges or undercharges or cancels a check it is not a felony crime and you are still left with all the consequences, not the bank. Still a bank problem and the bank and only the bank should be fined stupid amounts of money for making this possible. Anybody who did this should be official acknowledge as heroes for exposing this major banking problem,
