Excellent video Chris! I'm glad you addressed the care of the stone and using it evenly as possible. I can't begin to recall the number of stones I've seen wallowed out over the years and rendered almost useless.

Where can I find those oil sharpening stones and the leather piece?

Good video. How do you clean and store your stones and how did you make that stone holder?

The long strokes look good. Not the way I was taught, but better for the stones. My only question is about flattening the back. I was taught that you flatten the back initially, but don't need to do that after the first time. You flatten about 2-3 inches. Are you saying something different?
