Here’s how to quickly and easily clean a blender #shorts

Rather than working harder, I like to work smarter! Use the blender to clean itself!

Unfortunately, this isn’t really cleaning it very well. Most blenders allow you to remove the blade and motor from the pitcher. The area around the o ring gets really nasty and should be cleaned regularly.

The easiest way to clean a blender is to clean it right after you use it.

My Ninja blender actually has a "clean" function where it also heats the water. I love that thing 😊

I started doing this when I was probably like 14 or sooner (whenever I started using the blender, and did it from the beginning, and no, no one showed me) just based off common sense, so when I saw a video like this a while back and people were so blown away I didn’t understand how so many people didn’t even think about it. To me it’s common sense.

Too much water and energy to clean it?!👎 the first step and then close the lid and shake it with hand. Done.

It would be wise to get the blade out. Food can get stuck between the blade and the rubber sealer and if it's not cleaned it starts to smell really bad.

Or you can take that handy dandy sink sprayer and spray it down. More than likely you’re not blending anything with oils so a rinse is all you need.

I love my blender, it's my baby, but this has never worked for me! I've wished it worked, but every time I do this, it's covered in grime and caked on food.
