Inquisitions story was alright and combat was great but if u ever took the time to wander around their map u would realize just how empty some of those maps r my favorite is still dragon age origins

Otherwise all the other companions, nothing grips me.
There’s nothing that made me go “Aye..???”

So I feel it falls in category 3, new writers.

Only that has me worried is that they changed the name from Dragon Age Dreadwolf/The Dreadwolf to Dragon Age Veilguard, because "it didn't seem right naming the game after the villain" as if we all game a damn about that🤦🏻

From what I've heard, all the classes are going to basically be the same. They'll all have melee and ranged options, they all have a "special" charged ability. Basically fill bar, throw hard hitting projectile. By trying to expand individual play styles, they took away what made classes special

BW games were never about combat. That said, it's not 3 skills. It's 3 skills, a rune, a special, and then a bunch of class specific standard moves.

Its the party the new saints row played like the olders more or less but if everyone around you isnt likeable then it probably wouldnt be fun to be there

I was so disappointed by Inquisition, DA2 was BARELY passable considering it could be played the same as Origins.

What they have done to one of my favorite RPG games of all time irritates me beyond belief.

So fundamentally i disagree with Inquisition being their "last great game".

Honestly, I’m very worried about this game. It doesn’t feel like it’s living up to its potential at all, and if this game doesn’t succeed, EA might shut down BioWare for good.

Inquisition was good, not great.
Me andromeda was the peak example of what this nubioware is capable of.
Empty writing, shallow characters, terrible villains
Just a total and complete lack of ideas

if you like inquisition and mass effect 2 you should love the game one was game of the year and the other was considered the best out of the series

I wouldn't say it was a GREAT game, but it was good (I was qunari my first round, so most items weren't for me, without dlc)
