It is so hard to do the 28day reset when you're still living in your parents house and they go grocery shopping and don't get why you suddenly don't drink milk ect anymore. But I'm really trying my best, and those snacks are awesome, so thank you for this video!

Hey Cassey! I just wanna request that you make a tips video on exercising on your period. Maybe even a few exercises that are specifically for when we have our periods. I feel like this could help a lot of people.

I always find myself getting lazy and giving up on my routines when it's that time of the month. Also, since I wear pads, I hate exercises where I have to lie down on my back, or when I have to spread my legs. I get all nervous about dirtying something.

I hope you consider my request. Thanks and stay awesome!

Yum! The 28 day reset was incredible! Let's just say I cheated and ate some yogurt on day 10... and guess what happened. I broke out like a maniac! I finally now know I'm lactose intolerant, and by stopping my consumption of dairy, my skin cleared and is now GLOWING! My energy levels are off the walls and I don't have that midday crash anymore. Thank you so much Cassey! I'm definitely going to keep doing this!😘

Hi, Cassey! For the longest time I would get terrible stomach cramps and never really new what they were from. I started this challenge and not once have I had a single stomach cramp!!! What I really love about 0:46 - 1:23 is the fact that this encouragement was brought peacefully/respectfully. I used to peek on several Dutch "fitgirl" / health / "green lifestyle" blogs and most of them were "jamming our lifestyle through your throat"-ish. There is no "you can try", it was more of a "you MUST do". And the most irritating part is when you don't agree with them, they will do whatever it takes to wipe out your opinion, or else they can't win the argument. Everyone must agree with what they write on their fitblogs, that kinda bulldoodle.
I do believe that food can affect your body/mind, though I had never problems with gluten or dairy. I am afraid that - when I would stop with gluten - that I create a gluten intolerance or gluten allergy myself. Every body and everybody is different, we should respect that.

During these 28 days, I found myself not eating because I did not know what to eat. It got so bad that I decided to eat one slice of bread when I got hungry as opposed to three or four. So for me, the 28 day reset was eating less then I used to, having no milk, no added sugar and no alcohol. Even though I didn't completely follow the rules of the reset, I still felt great everyday. I don't feel bloated anymore. My skin is a lot clearer and I feel less tired. I thank you, Cassie, for having such an impact on my life, and on the lives of many popsters💙💙💙💙💙💙

I have seliac and intolerance to dairy, and cane sugar gives me acne. I knew all of this before the 28 reset, so I am so happy to hear all of these recipes and people that now check all the labels that I have my whole life! This is such a support!

At the end of February, I had an open night and decided to try a new workout. I literally typed in "workout videos" on YouTube and found yours! I immediately loved it and went to the Blogilates website. I started the 28 day reset two days later, on March 1! I kept up with it (mostly-a few minor slips here and there) and realized how much I actually LOVE the flavors of fresh foods. (I was definitely a pop a $1 frozen pizza in the oven kind of girl.) Since then, I have been following your workout calendars and have been learning more and more about the food that goes in my body, how things are produced, etc. I'm trying to live a vegetarian lifestyle now, incorporating a lot of whole foods and always reading my food labels to check for things I don't recognize. Shout out to you for starting me on a more sustainable, strengthening, and wholesome lifestyle! Your workouts sometimes kill me, but I'm always encouraged by your real, funny, and uplifting view on health and fitness. Thanks!
