🔥 22 Automated Industrial Furnaces In Your Base🔥

[ V3 UPDATE OUT NOW ON CHANNEL ]

🟣 Welcome back to another tutorial video! This is an update to my previous Super Forge video, with some much-needed changes. Big thanks to commenters on the original video for additional insight and help with troubleshooting the first iteration.

🟣 This furnace layout utilizes 22 industrial furnaces in a 1x1 footprint, largely self-contained, and highly efficient.

🟣 Design, recording, and editing by yours truly. Cheers!

I love the way you did this video, building it inside of a little base was a nice touch. And a wicked design overall ❤

I think the whole thing can be more efficient and practical with an automated system with no switches, using only 4 powers while waiting for ore to pull from the first box.
Also, since you're using only one conveyor to feed all 22 furnaces, if you put only one row of sulfur in the box, this system will fail to catch the smelting speed.
Other than that, the layout is brilliant. :)

Nice job! You must combine this with a memory cell that will turn the furnace on or off automatically when it detects ore moved to them. No need for ignitor or buttons.

You can also dual conveyor it to a vending machine, if you use two storage adapters on a box, set it to put X amount of smelted items it the vending machine and sell X amount of that for X+10% (or so) of equivalent ore. That way thy entire server population will be able to send you ore for them getting back instant smelted results at only a 10% cost. The vending machine doubles as your drop box in your base as well if you filter it through a sorting box. You can have it limit the amount of smelted items that go to the vending machine so that it's not always full and the only place to retrieve the smelted items when you want to use them yourself.

Priced right you won't even need to farm again, and you can also sell smelted items for other components if you wish to also have the other players provide you with any kind of item you need.

It basically boils down to a box category system. Vending/drop in and out to a sorting box, sorting box splits first to a in and out smelting system and secondly out-only to a secured personal storage system. You set it to only put a maximum of X smelted items to the vending machine, and thus the excess smelted results and profit you set goes to your secured personal storage.

This becomes fully automated for having the other players on the server farming and gathering any item you want, turns itself off and on automatically without having to worry about server restarts, sorts everything automatically throughout your entire base and knows to only keep the vending stocked up to a certain amount, and of you're crafty you can add battery redundancy and a bank low grade generators that switch on if it detects the battery is being drained too fast/has had its solar and wind power cut.

Route the extra power into a root combiner and put it back into the large battery.

Haven't played Rust in a while and don't know these industrial things. How does this supersmelter compare to large furnaces, other than being indoors and electrical?

If you were to put in all three ores would it mess up the system? Or would it just prioritize the one it got first until it was all gone then go to the next?

Could u set one buffer box for both the raw/cooked ores instead of using two boxes? Then maybe u could connect it to the loot organizer and automate the smelting process with the loot sorting?

how do you make it so the pipes can be on the electric furnaces i really need help with that and on the super forge 1 that i saw you did it also on the wood storages

Disable resampling on your rendered video. It will make the pixelations go away on movement. Keep the quality as high as possible i know upload times are worse but youtube reduces video quality after it, s up. Nice video GJ

Only need 1 box and 1 industrial conveyer, closed loop system, recommend a large box if in a 5+man team
