It feels like it's the Quincies version of the Zanpakto. But it draws on their past in order to shape their soul. Like how appearantly Bazz B had his house burned down and it shaped the Heat, while As Nodt's fear lead him to gaining the Fear.

This probably even applies to the rest. An ever hungry Liltotto gains the Gluttony, Necrophiliac Giselle gets the Zombie, attention seeking Mask gains the super star, and so on.

Interesting. I always thought Yhwach's shrift enhances a quality already present and manifests it. For example hot headed guy + H = Heat. That H could have been something else for another person with different personality and talents.

Well, when I read the manga it was obvious than Yhwach just take the spiritual force of people who receveid his power. He only take knoweldge and the source of the power but not the capacity.

If it was the case, he should have already use it against Ichibei. But most of that, Almighty is strong enough against singles opponents.

It's like in video games term, having the choice between a simple capacity who give control of flame *or* a capacity who let you what you want during battle, even resuscitate.
