I'm definitely going to try these. I'm thinking breakfast fill with egg and bacon bits and back into the oven.

I made these today and filled them like twice baked potatoes. Mashed potato with cheddar cheese, sour cream, a little milk, and bacon. Top with a little cheese and crumbled bacon bake until the cheese is browned. I also seasoned the cups with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika before baking. I used bacon grease on a few in place of oil.🤤

I love the idea of filling these with mashed potatoes, cheese, sour cream, and bacon - sounds delicious! So many possibilities for different fillings, can't wait to try it out!

The thing is, potatos don't have a very strong taste. So you could put literally anything in there. And it would most likley only taste like that when you eat it. But you get a nice crunch from the cups.

I see possibilities with ham or prosciutto or shrimp, raw salmon, crab, bacon, lox, caviar, cheese, maybe filled with cream cheese maybe a herbed cream cheese. Anything you like to fill or top them with, really. Chili and Cheese with a bit of hotdogs or a chunk of steak and gravy if you wanted lol Go crazy! I'd give these a try.
