Once again I cannot believe people are not commenting on your channel on these great videos. I can relate to what you're doing there and how people are so careless. You mentioned about the glue not holding.
You are correct
For some reason glue just does not work on certain plastics.

I have never had any luck with super glue.
Or trying to glue together sunglasses.
But I think you're on the right track by inserting those screws in there not too long either.

Great job my friend.
One day I might make a video and show you these batteries I have and what has broken on them. I seriously doubt if there's a way to fix it but perhaps I'll make a little video and send it to you.
