DJI App Issue OR CPU Device problem

Problem Solved. I had this same problem constantly. Transmission locking up, Active track failing to recognize object to track, etc. I tried everything. Finally, on a call with DJI tech rep, without hesitation, because it was obvious he'd fielded this question many times at this point, he said problem wasn't the drone, it was CPU processing "horsepower" of the devices I was using to fly it. You're not going to like the answer, because the solution cost money. The problem is "Dual Quad" (Four) CPU processors don't have the computing power to handle the latest Fly app software used on the Air2s. You need devices which have a "Hex" (six) core CPU processor. I was using an iPhone 7+ with a "Dual" (four) core CPU processor at the time. Doing some homework, I discovered that the first iPhone to use this "Hex" (six) core CPU processors was the iPhone XR (10). I updated to that minimum phone and instantly, ZERO problems. In Apples's nomenclature, the A12 bionic chip is the first "Hex" (six) core CPU. A11 and lower won't have it. No mater whose devise you use, Apple or Android, the operative thing to make sure it has is the "HEX (six) core CPU and your problems will be solved. I had to get a new Apple tablet as well, which also had this minimum required "Hex" processor. In this case I believe it was version 8. Same result, NO problems. Between the new phone and the new tablet, I spent as much on those two devices as on the drone itself, just so I could fly it without it having these issues but it did instantly solve the problem.

I get this message on my iPhone 7 but my iPad mini five works fine it drives me crazy because I like using my phone because it’s easier to take with me I don’t know what is causing this

I use with iphone 7plus but everytime it’s shows mobile device cpu fully loaded, onces I take off drone n it automatically flew away and gona hit into the water but luckly I press RTH bottom, any solution sir

I turn it off and back on still do the same must be the phone
