I think *THE* biggest change is that unlike the iPhone 14 and 15 "regular" models will be the fact both the iPhone 16 and iPhone 16 Pro models will all use the same generation of SoC, with the iPhone 16 models using a version with less active CPU and GPU cores than the iPhone 16 Pro models. That could allow the regular iPhone 16 to have 8 GB of RAM, support of the USB 3.2 1x2 10 gigabit per second data transfer, support for WiFi 7, and even possibly use the Snapdragon X75 radio modem chip.

I own an iPhone 11, good phone but I’m wondering when will Apple abandon it….

So I went looking for an iPhone 14 Pro Max, but the best price that I found was for $ 750 to $ 800 and that was for either used or refurbished.

What I’m hoping for is that they release a SE model in both a regular size and a plus model so I can get newer tech at a reasonable price.

I think I’ll keep my 13 mini for another year if the 16’s get more expensive. This phone is still perfectly fine for me it doesn’t look like they’ll be bringing back the mini size anytime soon.

These are just incremental improvements, nothing groundbreaking.

Generative AI is the big one, but as long as previous iPhones also get most of this feature, I don't think the iPhone 16 will become a runaway hit.
