There is no comparison here, the S24 feels like an iPhone from two years ahead, the 16 feels like it's using yesterday's tech with those big bezels and the bezels are thicker on the blue edge still, whereas in the galaxy the bezel and the edge are flush. Yeah there is no comparison.

Where I live, for the price of iphone 16 I can get S24 ultra 😆 both are priced same ( NPR. 130k)

When it comes to phones in 2024, there’s not a wrong choice. The pixel, although underpowered, is a great phone. The s24 was a good phone. The iPhone 16 is great despite 60Hz. Considering it’s a phone for everyone who wants iOS but don’t want the pro models. Sadly, as someone else stated, I think tech today has content creators manufacturing outrage.

You do know that you can change the picture setting in the display from vivid to natural on the samsung right. You always complain about the colors of the iphone vs the samsung.

The more I see reviews about the 16, the more I'm glad I upgraded to my 15 pro max (Upgraded from the 12 pro max). It's a solid phone and I don't feel like I'm missing my with the 16 series.

Also, I think you can go wrong. Having a windows 11 PC and a Samsung (or a Samsung PC and a Samsung phone) is bliss, they integrate really well together, especially with Samsung Flow and the Windows phone software. If you have a Macbook, obviously the iPhone will be so much better in terms of using them together. It's true that both are great options, but what makes all the difference is what your main computer is/will be.

I liked the diagonal layout, this looks like any other cheap $150 android and I've seen a few in person, took me a while to notice they were iPhones

May be Samsung should reconsider using SD 8g3 in all variant including internationally. The reason I'll buy Series S will always be Processor. Exynos really needs improvement or can never be same as SD.

I’m just about to upgrade my 5th Gen iPad Mini to the new one, which still has the low refresh rate. If it had Pro Motion, I’d definitely be considering upgrading my iPhone 13 Mini to something with “Pro” in the name. As things stand at the moment, if I do upgrade, it’ll be to a regular 16, … or 17 if I leave it til next year.

The battery life of the S24 has been a concern for me since its launch. Even with moderate usage, the battery does not last a full day and with heavy usage, it can be depleted by midday...

S24 and S24 plus comes with 8 Gen 3 only in the US, Canada and China for the rest of the world, they are selling S24 and S24 plus with Exynos 2400 which is not as good as 8 Gen 3 or you can say Exynos 2400 is worst in the price in which they are selling these smartphones. Chipsets are different for different regions but price are either same or even more than US, China and Canada.

60Hz will not age well after 2 years or so... If Apple update refresh rates of the normal lineups to like 90Hz or 120Hz in the near future, iPhone 16's resell value will drop significantly even more than a Samsung.
