I'm glad I came across this video. Today, I had the same problem only with a PIN pre-established and the system suddenly asking for a password. I followed your instructions and it allowed me to, once again, use my PIN to enter. Even after all these years, MS still hasn't resolved this Windows 10 issue. Thank you.

If your windows not letting you log in with correct password, use password of the email your account made with.

Hey so sometimes this worked when I restarted my computer but when I went into safe mode it did not say I was in safe mode even though I logged in successfully? Dose this mean I’m good? Thank you btw!
