The board better you will, see

Join me on a 1 month chess board visualization improvement program aimed specifically for adult chess improvers.

The program consists of 20 short sessions (usually less than 10 minutes) to improve your board visualization.

Ideally, 5 sessions will be completed each week and the course will be completed in 4 weeks.

CONSISTENCY is key - do not complete more than one training session in one day!

Chess board visualization is a neglected area of chess improvement for adult players. It is critically important to develop this skill. Adults tend to focus too much of their time/effort on knowledge instead of skills.

With improved board visualization, comes improved calculation and less blunders.

Complete this 4 week program and

It always gets pretty difficult to visualise at first but once you are in form like 2-3 minutes in that meditative state (that's what I like to call it) it gets easier and easier and the board gets clearer and clearer
There's one suggestion I would give
Try these exercises in the most productive hours of the day and with a clutter free mind like how you do meditation

I play the English opening a lot & set up my white square Bishop in fianchetto position on that right lower corner. Now i connected why that Bishop can be such a terror to the corresponding corner because of your diagrams…helpful! I knew it…but didn’t know it, if you know what I mean.

Really like that you posted the series, and also comments will help keep momentum. The corresponding squares concept was a first for me as well..

Completed - maybe will help with some accountability if I put completed on each one. Plan is to do Vision Run each day also.

I am currently following chessfox their blindhold course. By the way, @chessimple how far have you achieved board vision with "mind's eye" yourself? Can you solve puzzles and play games from books with no physical board?

Interesting approach. Where did you get these vis. exercises from? Is it from a book?
