it's frustrating how people can mess up others lives so much. i guess the first girl had a fantastic outlook on what happened, viewing it as a learning experience, and being wiser because of it.

Say what you want about Dr. Phil, but I watched his show for years and he had an episode dedicated to catfishing. He gave a list of red flags: no phone calls, no video chats, last minute cancelling, extreme illness, sudden deaths, asking for help or money, overseas needing help to get back to you, needing funding for a "project". I used to online date, and every person who used one of these excuses turned out to be a catfish.

Why is the UK MTV Catfish channel so much better than the US version? The US one puts up clips & reveal compilations, which nobody wants to watch 😂
