Parallel development of both IT companies and the the infrastructure should have happened. IT companies grew much faster than the infrastructure development. Adding on was the influx of people and influence of the corrupt government system which did nothing to develop the city. COVID helped in a way for a couple of years, but now again the same old traffic problems are cropping up apart from the infrastructure issues.
