Mr. Pai's opinion on this is much appreciated and need to be amplified louder than the BS posted by Wipro's Premji. He had the audacity to call the employees criminal instead of addressing the cause of the issue like a true leader ought to do. I argue that the chindi (cheap) act of not adjusting employees' compensation to keep up with inflation since at least a decade is CRIMINAL.

I m the #nemo of the society. People usually call me crazy, a little emotional fool and many more such nice thing.
Because for me, the education or job is always for awakening himself and the people around him
Now i m giving you a scenario.
When I was able to move away from Microsoft shitload to Symbian, the so called hi tech employees spoke that in Symbian C++, two phase constructor r used but nobody knew why
As from the very childhood, I have a skewed brain which forced me to ask questions like why a bicycle balance when on the move at the age of 8, so i started deep thinking - obviously in the office hours and moonlight time. So obviously no productivity to showcase.
Eventually figured out that when Symbian c++ was created there was no template in C++, hence no smart pointer to do memory management on a small device.
And that led me to study Boosts library after NOKIA told me that my performance was poor.
Anyway, after i got to know well about Boost library in 2007, it became a part of C++ in 2009. But again in Japan as well, I had nothing to showcase.
But because of all that, I am able to train my son #ridit - an 11 years old computer scientist to explore latest tech and ultimately the knowledge body of the society will benefit
So my poor performance in all of my employment is giving a very rich dividend to humanity
But again, the poor performer is reduced to the #nemo of the society
Sabkuch dikhta nahi hai sir
When the monk wrote in the Upanishad that
Universe is infinite
Who is going to measure his performance
Sir cubicle ka andar kuch kaam dhandha hotay nahi
sirf dramabaji hota hai jisko aapun nataunki naam diya tha
Ye sare ke sare dimagbazi hai sir
Whatever is so obvious is not at correct sir
Yehi to hai maze
Here's my son #ridit

it is a sad affair that highly qualified - post graduate in IT/ Computer Engineering are under utilised by IT company as just data entry operators.
