Menards has cement mixing totes for 12 dollars. you can set this on top of a Brute tote with Ebb and Flow fittings. It is a supper cheap Ebb and Flow system. Give it a try maybe. I like Ebb and Flow. 8" netting pots can grow large plants.

What if one intends to run the pump for say 15 minutes (or 10 or 12 etc) instead of half an hour (like the intervals set on this particular mechanical timer)
