Here we show you how to make a quick and easy 90 second Keto Bun. You can also substitute the almond flour with 1 ½ tbsp Coconut Flour if you don’t like using Almond Flour.

Serves 1

Nutritional Information per serving:
Cal: 366 | Net Carb: 3g | Fibre: 0g | Total Carbs: 3g | Fat: 35g | Protein: 11g

Ingredients:
24g/3 tbsp Almond Flour
15g /1½ tbsp Olive Oil
1 large Egg.
2g/½ tsp Baking Powder

Ok so I just made this and it was so delicious and easy! The way I made mine was instead of 3 tbsp of almond flour. I added 1 tbsp of oat flour, 1 tbsp of chickpea flour, and 1tbsp of coconut flour, along with herbs and spices like salt, pepper, dried basil leaves, dried parsley, and Italian seasoning. And I cooked it in my sandwich maker, and it turned out so nice and fluffy.

I just made this only I used ground up chia seeds, for a zero net carb keto bread! 🥳 it worked beautifully, and tasted just as good as the almond flour ones I made. I just used a small coffee grinder to make a chia seed flour….

I don’t have a microwave and electricity is more expensive than gas so I cooked my keto bread, stove-top. 🙂 Thanks for this easy recipe! Now I can have my favorite peanut butter and jelly sandwich low carb version.

I used to make this and 90second keto mug cakes. No microwave currently! How could i melt mozzarella for fathead dough? Need your help lol

I just made this for the first time and will be making it again! I doubled the recipe and cooked it in my Tupperware Breakfast Maker--the dough divided up perfectly between the cup inserts. They are springy, taste good and are filling! I will add a pinch of salt next time and maybe some spices too!

I going to try this tomorrow as I want to try the keto diet so this will help as keto bread is quite hard to get hold of in the UK for some reason

I tried these and they didn't cook evenly and had a big hole on the underside. Can't use them for a bun but will try for an open face sandwich. Any ideas what went wrong, maybe a lower setting on the microwave?

Cornbread extract would make that into cornbread. It has that texture and color.

I've made similar using linseed, I also like to put a table spoon of nutritional yest. Note: linseed is also called "Flaxseed"
