This is so true. I have shifted my self identity from someone who believed they were cursed in love, never chosen, never good enough into knowing i am an absolutely amazing woman & deserving of only the very best. Persistence really is key....i didn't believe my affirmations at first & negative thoughts still crept in, but after several months of focusing on my self concept, I am now absolutely certain that I am the prize and my manifestation is done. It is a very peaceful feeling 😌

I love the fact that many people dissapeared out of my life after I walked away, blocked them and ignored them. I stopped giving my energy to the wrong people, I stayed alone for a few years and it was the most amazing time of my life. Traveling the world I met some new people. But only for short times.
But the truth is, you never find better connections if you stay stuck to old connections who are not good for your energy and development.
Let go and go with the flow is really my best experiance in my life. Better off without you is maybe a good title of a song. More happy, more strong, very stable and powerful 🥰

This is indeed very true. Speaking from experience, I wanted to & then decided to make a positive shift regarding the relationships with some of my long term friends as well as with work & the dynamic of my work day. Today, my job no longer stresses me out in a way where I feel feel anxious & on edge. Everyone is so easy going & pleasant. Also just last week, some of my longtime girlfriends expressed how much they genuinely love & appreciate me! We really do have to make a mental shift ‘First’ about our beliefs regarding whatever it is & that we seek to see improvements & thennnn, things will begin to change! Yes, I think that this will succceed with any other people but family members. If you are their scapegoat, they do not drop that idea away just because you imagine something else. Mo, they need you to be their badass so they do not give up.

I like to think I never change identity because I am that I am . But I am identifying with the lane or pathway to what I'm assuming. For me it's less resistance. I simply put my blinker on and swerve to a new lane that takes me directly to being the person that I choose . And changing lanes is easy peasy and everything I want shows up in that lane my job is to stay in my preferred lane

When you describe being in control of other people's behavior sounds like being in denial of their unacceptable behavior. For example, as a child, when my father said he was coming over for a visit and didn't show up, all I had to do is to use my imagination? That is dangerous advice to a child. Or, to tell a woman, just forgive that guy who gave me a black eye and visualize that he'll behave gently next time? Dangerous advice. So, last week, I had 2 no shows from people who had rsvpd to my birthday party. Still haven't heard from them. I have a backbone. They mean nothing to me now. I have no interest in visualizing anything with people who demonstrate that kind of disrespect. Why forgive when there is no excuse for lack of communication? Many times people don't deserve forgiveness....it just sends a message to them that their behavior was acceptable

Girl, its been a rough time for me with getting my mind right to change the situation with my daughter. Why is it so hard to move the mind and emotions out of the way? I decided once again that I am sick of doing this to myself. I am doing it all and have been for a long time. Since I took your Self love self concept training. I've been having good weeks, then I'll fall back to depression. All I know is I am going to stick to it now, if everyone who sees this will imagine me and my daughter (22) having the best mother daughter relationship in history I would appreciate it! My bf of 9 months became a born again Christian and started pulling away from me. He did not text me for a week and when I heard from him he stated he deleted our entire convo thread and felt guilty that we are together (my divorce will be finalized next week). I accosted it and replied “thank you for your honesty. I hope your weekend is good”

I haven’t spoke with him in two weeks since that. And I have been feeling very bad about him up in to including thinking that this could be not the truth but that he’s with somebody else. I’m thankful to have landed on your page and as I’m typing that is the time is 2:22 PM ❤
