I won't lie. When i was 21, i bought a house. I used to say doing so was a mistake, but now, 7 years later, my morage is lower monthly than rent that's double the price.

I feel bad for that poor gym girl. Imagine some dude coming up to you claiming he divorced his wife and abandoned his kid to be with you and you just smiled and asked him how his day was going for like the past couple months or something

My ex wife left me for a guy who was a pdf ile... We had been together since Middle school and she always looked very young. We married after HS when i joined the military. After about 8 years she still looked like she was 14-15 and people always thought she was my little sister. She started messing around with a guy and took off with him we divorced and about a year later she called me crying cause he was going to prison for being a pdf ile telling me he admitted to her that he only wanted her because she looked like a child and that only worked for him for a little bit then begged me to take her back. I was an a hole and laughed before hanging up, then huged my wife and child.

Yeah men want you to be polite and friendly but when you are they think you want to get with them in ways that you don't and then get angry at you when you're not interested in him in those ways. I always try to be kind to everyone i come across and that happens a lot to me where dudes think i'm interested in them when I'm just trying to be kind. Been called many horrible things over the misunderstanding.

my great grandmother did that, begged us to leave our home and help her. They sold the house and we moved 1000 miles to help her and she kicked us out after 6 months, we were living in a small apartment with 5 people after. I grew up in that apartment but i think about what would've happened if we had never done that

Anytime there is an agreement or a deal. Especially one that is in anyway life changing you have to get paperwork involved. You have to protect yourselves and your assets. You might be liked but you will be protected.

The guy who walked out on his family for a girl who didn't even like him is just plain funny i'm so glad he lost everything Like if he wasn't happy in the marriage why didn't he just get a divorce or at least separate this is just karma i'm so glad she didn't like him

Because I understand that this kind of thing could happen, I would not have given up and moved in with the old man without a serious contract to the benefits and they would be certain limitations on behavior. If the contract did not explicitly say that they get to have the house blah blah blah and so on and so forth then I wouldn't even waste my time considering it

You should have had him write a contract that stated this so that he would have to do what he agreed to

Dad went to California after only staying there for a few weeks, thinking he could grow weed there while also finally cutting off his psychotic GF from him, since she wouldn't know where he lived. He ended up hating it there but was stuck there for almost a year, and it completely changed him.
More recently, he didn't go to the doctor when he noticed he was geting sicker and thinner until his colon ruptured from a tumor. Now he has terminal colon cancer and doesn't have much longer to live.
