Worst Insurance Companies

In response to a report published by the American Association for Justice (AJJ), Scott O'Sullivan and his attorneys share their opinions about which car and motorcycle insurance companies are the worst to deal with when you need them most: after an accident.

Root made me wait a month after the claim appraisal to say that they were totaling my car. Meanwhile, I was driving it and the car payments continued because GAP Insurance doesn't start until they are paid by Root. I'm going to start a campaign to get the complaints about them together. Perhaps there's enough people who have been burned to start a Class Action Suit. I am thinking a Facebook Group. I'm also calling and filing a complaint with the Texas Department of Insurance.

there all fuckin crooks, they don't tell u, bit the people that have to have driving insurance is commercial vechial only, study history and your amendments and Constitution, free to travel, that why they ask I how many miles u drive to work, it because u are admitting your are driving for work to work, tell them you don't work, you are retired, don't matter what age u are!!
