I have l4/l5 disc extrusion and docs recommended surgery. Does this macrophages concept really work...i m 3 months down and just took ozone injection last month.
How much time will this take to heal....i m really anxious and worried

I have some questions Can you please answer them : first of all is this like a herniated disc ? Is this a New descovery cz this video is not that old ? If its like a herniated disc.
