Very helpful, thanks. Can you direct me to info on using hypercapnic training for freestyle swimming- benefits and suggested workouts? Like doing repeat 50m at 8 strokes per breathe (x2) and then 7 strokes per breath, 6, 5, 4, etc. Thanks.
