How to import chrome extensions to brave

another way is to install this extension "Export all extensions" on Chrome, download a .html file, open it using Brave and click on every link to go to the extension's page and install it from scratch. Better than trying to find each folder and installing every extension without knowing which extension is

Thanks. This helped. Was trying to install Super YouTube Extension on Brave and it just kept giving a Needs Authorization error. This bypassed that so thanks so much. Now I can watch a video and scroll comments at the same time

The rest of the procedure remains the same. Open brave://extensions and follow the instructions in the video.

The random letters are actually IDs of the extensions, you can view them in chrome by typing chrome://extensions

I wish Brave had a way to import everything. It is easier for me to install them again than go through this process.

A bit harder to find the extensions in Catalina. Easiest to find the extension file if you search the Version number, such as "2.110" and just search that in your Finder

When I turn on this extension " 'Improve YouTube!' 🎧 (for YouTube & Videos) " - youtube videos do not play!
That extension is used to customize your channel, the player functions and a lot more.
Please don't force me back to fing chrome! Please see if you can integrate this extension or please tell me how I can go ahead and use it, yeah? that would be great. thank you
