"You wanna rule them by fear, but what about the ones who aren't afraid?"🥶

"Tell me what happened to you let me help" that was such an genuine and honest tone for Bruce even Jason had to take a second to think about it

You could tell for that split second he considered it. He wanted bruces help, he wanted his dad. But then he steeled himself

"You wanna rule them by fear, but what about the ones who aren't afraid?" Actually best line for Batman. I mean: Joker, Riddler, Bane...they aren't afraid

To be fair, Red Hood has a point in this, if batman can't make someone fear him, or desire change in any way, then what does he do? We already know the, joker fights batman, loses, escapes prison, repeat. Leting it go on longer just gets more people killed.

“What happened”

Jason: I can’t remember what happened in September

Jason as a Batman antagonist just works so well bc he’s not the direct opposite of batman or tries to make him suffer/make his life worse, he’s doing his version of justice and is a version of Batman if he broke. He’s sane, he’s methodical and he’s ruling by fear as well. You empathize with him and even his methods sometimes. He’s a direct challenge to Batman’s ideology because of what the ideology did to him and so many others. I like Red Hood Batfam and Outlaw versions but Crime Lord version is so much better

Jason was the batman DC deserved. sane enough to keep petty criminals alive, and strong enough to just straight up kill those who are irredeemable.

The fun fact is the whole reason that Batman keeps penguin and people around it's because Gotham would be way worse if the penguin and the others didn't exist cause penguin keeps all the crime in check

Jason todd a k a redhood was one of if not the most tragic character in the batman universe. He was beaten to death by joker, After being tortured and led to believe that he was abandoned by batman, Then brought back to life and lost a piece of himself in the lazarus pit. And even though he comes back as a psychopathic homicidal maniac, he still tries to do good. Very sad

That "tell me what happened to you" sounded Guilty. Bats realized that's a dude who suffered because of the criminals he refused to kill. So he knows there is something wrong with his moral code. People who say Bruce is mentally sick might be right after all.

Batman: "Tell me what happened to you"
Red hood: "It all began when I was taken in by billionaire Bruce Wayne when I was a kid"

Jason: Makes a solid point that should make Batman question his way of handling things.

Batman: Aye bro, you look like you need some therapy
