It's funny because I think Joker enjoys getting his ass beaten by Batman. But here, he has no idea who Red Hood is, and Joker's not used to a beating of this brutality. As much as he was trying to laugh, I think Joker was, maybe for the first time, in fear for his life here.

Joker deserved every lick he got with the crowbar

Considering how Joker doesn't know who Red Hood was, and thinks he's another bad guy, I doubt he was enjoying this moment. His constant attempts to make good guys kill or resort to torture doesn't apply in this situation.

Man, that looks like serious pain. And as much as I like the Joker he deserved that beating. His face after Jason brings out the crowbar, priceless.

Jensen Ackles should have voiced Jason in Arkham Knight. 

That would have been beyond satisfying.

Jensen Ackles pulled this role off so well. His delivery was spot on from beginning to end. Especially that "how does that feel?" line. It was just so damn well delivered. In my opinion this is the best DC animated movie ever. Heck, it might be my favorite comic based movie ever made

I know plenty of people point it out but joker genuinely feeling fear is so satisfying. When it comes to Batman he can laugh off the pain knowing it will never be the end and always will come out on top. Even if he loses

But when people that aren’t Batman go out of there way and have the upper hand to hurt him. The fear presented is incredible. Such as when he was almost killed by an ordinary man he wanted to torment. Or just now when Jason begins to beat him.

The Joker isn't insane, he's evil.

A good word for him is "poison". The reason he is never actually HURT is both because of his complex mental condition, as well as the unknown effects his survival of the chemical exposure had on his brain (it's been suggested he can FEEL pain but doesn't perceive it as negative once the signal reaches his head). As I said however, his sanity has always been questioned, since he is clearly intelligent/observant and seems adaptable at improvising when unexpected events unfold.
