Hallelujah, silenced misclicks is over. Silenced weapons in CS:GO are absolutely scary as fuck to use.

Silenced weapons in CS:GO are a little risky. Because if you even graze that mouse2 button, well… it’s time to unscrew the round sound sausage. But in Counter-Strike 2, that’s now a a thing of the past – because we finally have a bind specifically for adding or removing the silencer.

the funniest thing about this is CS:GO has this amazing ability in its code to seperate the silencer from the scoping button, been here the whole time

The reaction to such a simple fix pretty much encapsulates the treatment Valve gives towards their game. They're like a father that doesn't give any attention to their kid, but once they do, its almost as if its the best thing in the world.

It's only there for nostalgia from the old games. There are zero scenarios where you'd want to take off the silencer anyway
