yes, and CSGO has full controller support on PC as well, you can play it with a controller, but success may vary

So thats why the Controls for Controller was so optimized and smooth when you play CSGO with a controller, i did play a competitive match with a controller before, suprised i can awp in Dust2 way better than keyboard & mouse xD

I used to play Counter Strike on the OG Xbox in the early 2000’s at my uncles house. Him and his buddies were actually very competitive on there. When I was a bit older and heard csgo was coming out I got a PC just to play the game.

Cs go was ment to be cross platform title, it failed not because of lack of interest, but problems with freedom of updates on xbox/ps back then

I used to play in pro leagues on Csgo xbox but the servers were so bad. The enemy team could stop you from defusing by like 2 or three people spamming their scoreboard on the other team and lagging the server. And it really wasn’t even servers it goes off someone’s internet connection and once they leave the match it shuts down the server.

csgo was the console port of the cs source and valve realized that console port was better so they released cs source (cs source console port) to pc with name of csgo then in years csgo evolved to this now
