I've watched smii7y for awhile and I've heard flom in several videos, now this video is the first time I've seen him, and let me tell you that is not the face and facial hair that I thought the voice was attached to

FYI this isn't really "cheats". This is a developer console command that devs use for debugging/testing. All other CS games (and Valve games) have similar commands. The developers for CS2 simply forgot to restrict these commands from use of players.
