Join us in this emotional documentary series as we follow the heart-wrenching search for Loveda (92) and Robert Proctor (89), a couple who went missing on January 11, 2023, from Aurora, Nebraska. The couple was last seen at an intersection near Adams High School in Hastings, Nebraska, driving their 2007 Chrysler Pacific with US Navy Nebraska license plate number 10 30 and a SeaBees Navy sticker.

🚨MISSING COUPLE: Loveda and Robert Proctor
📅 Last Seen: January 12, 2023
📍 Location: Hastings, Nebraska
🚗 Vehicle: 2007 Chrysler Pacific (License Plate: 10 30)

Throughout this documentary, we share the journey in search of the Proctors, with their family and community desperately seeking answers. We speak with family members who share personal stories of the couple's love for each other, their 65 years of marriage, and the lives they built together. As we uncover details of their disappearance, we build a profile of the couple's movements, discussing the possibility of them accidentally driving into water, medical issues that could have impaired their driving, and the heartwarming lengths their family went to in order to find them.

During the search, we face the challenges of the frozen landscape and use innovative methods to overcome them, such as using a Magnetometer and 360 Sonar to detect underwater metal objects beneath the ice. We investigate a possible clue in a pond near the road with a six-foot gap in the reeds, as well as other leads like an email suggesting we check the Bosselman Cabin next to the river. The family's determination to leave no stone unturned drives the search forward.

In this episode, our team comes across a frozen pond and notices tire tracks nearby. As they search, they come across a location where the ice is broken, and they believe they might have found the missing couple. They find a shiny object but are not entirely convinced that it's a vehicle.

As they scour the shoreline, they notice a lot of concrete, which could give a false reading. They decide to put a pin in their current location and continue searching for other potential bodies of water where the missing couple might be found.

Tragically, Loveda and Robert were found deceased on March 11, 2023, just 55 miles from their home on a minimum maintenance road.

This documentary series is a testament to the love, determination, and hope of a family and community united in their search for Loveda and Robert Proctor. Watch the full video as we share their story and join the search for two beloved members of the Aurora, Nebraska community.

I’m a part time fishing guide in central Kentucky, I have hummingbird sonar on my bass boat. If you’re ever in central Kentucky, I’m retired and would love to help you guys out. Thanks for the awesome job you guys do. My father went missing two years ago and a golden alert was issued and he was found alive so I know firsthand what a lot of these families have endured. Again thank you so much.

It was a team like yours who are in Australia who helped my family who actually live in the UK find my cousin who had mental health problems and ended it we knew the area he went missing we also know it involved a bridge. They spread more then a week looking for him. As much as we wanted him home we knew they needed to help others but they were determined to find him and they did after 10 days of looking and one of the main guy personally paid to bring him from Australia to the UK so we could say our goodbyes. We as a family are forever grateful for teams like you guys that spread days and days not giving up and to do it for free to a family who has lost someone means so much

This poor family... I have to agree with Jared... This case is just hitting me different.
I am so profoundly heartbroken for them.
My prayers continue. I know you find them, but this moment by moment is absolutely gut wrenching.
Be safe searching... Prayers...

As of writing this, my grandparents are halfway to Missouri and my grandma has been keeping me updated at least once a day to ensure that they're getting to their destination safely. After so many years of her asking me to text her whenever I get home safely when I leave their sights, it's my turn to worry about them. That's love and nothing short of it. I'm thankful for every day that they are safe and happy because it would probably destroy me if anything happened to them like Robert and Loveda. May their family have peace in light of the tragic end for their loved ones.

I get lost sometimes and its so hard to think with that panic/fear that sets in. I think about the wife and husband as the panic increases.. It must have been so cold out. I am glad they were recovered. You guys did a very good thing joining in the efforts.

If your parent has dementia, or shows signs of confusion and has a hard time navigating in their local area you need to consider advocating to their doctor to have their license pulled. How many of these cases were people who had dementia and we’re still driving. It’s a difficult call to make, however clearly there comes a point where children and loved ones have to take a hard stand and have those licenses pulled. I had to do it with my mother and I got grief every time I saw her but she live to 96. Just something to consider.

Having lived my whole life in Minnesota, I know the difficulty (from a distance) of winter lake rescues. This one had me holding my breath every time he stepped on ice.
