Nice mid-range build. I saw a $150 amd Ryzen 1700 cpu on a Black Friday special. You can't beat Ryzen for Bang-For-The-Buck! I like the old school Blue-ray Burner. One of my pet peeves are computers without optical drives (a growing trend). I have a good collection of optical media (mostly music cds), so for me an optical drive is a must!

This build looks awesome. Right now I am struggling editing on a 2012 MAC Mini. I was thinking of upgrading to the 2019 IMac 27 5k but it’s 2 grand. Lifelong Mac guy here but this is really tempting.

How would this compare to that machine?
