Finally back after 2 weeks. Yippee

Remember that these don’t cover every kind of situation (look at sonic running, or any of the smear frames in Super Smash Bros Ultimate). Get creative with them, as long as you show the path they take. Personally I love lingering smears, but they do tend to make the animation feel slower.

One of my more requested videos, only after impact frames which I haven’t done too much of tbh so idk when or even if I’m gonna do that one

Ive always done dark green in my works ive found that redrawing the entire character into just a blurry shape with sharp, elongated lines jutting out and just doing basic coloring does a shockingly great job at conveying motion blur
