Animation Smears - The Hand Drawn Motion Blur

I am glad I saw a fan turned on while watching this video. With 3 frames on twos with smears, it will work perfectly

So basically, you don't have to draw every frame where the monk arm is moving. You can just draw three frames but one needs to show the smear. If that's the case, it makes a lot of sense.
